Mr. Saieed brings varied technical and design experience to his projects. His formal education in the field of architecture included an engineering emphasis. He has served as project architect on a broad range of commercial projects, including businesses, retail and mixed-use flex facilities, and multifamily residential dwellings (low to mid-rise condominiums). He also has experience in industrial architecture projects like pulp and paper mills, textile mills, public utility companies, food processing facilities, and chemical plants. Hospitality and resort experience includes clubhouses, restaurants, and national hotels.
Mr. Saieed retains more than 30 years of construction and design experience that provide him with the skills required to execute architectural and construction projects. These skills assist in the development of project scope documents, the development of working drawings based on project programming, and onsite construction observation. He prefers working in the design-build environment, where the design and budget are prepared by working closely with the owner/developers and general contractors in a collaborative environment.

Steven Hunnicutt
Senior Technical Director
Mr. Hunnicutt has versatile training in a variety of architectural and design software programs including AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, Microstation and DataCAD. He is currently responsible for the production, scheduling and coordination of many projects, as well as assisting in quality control. His previous commercial work experience includes office, retail, medical, hospitality, and resort projects. He has also collaborated on several government and municipal projects, including fire stations, wastewater treatment plants and state ports/marina work throughout the Cape Fear Coast area. Along with residential planning and design experience, he offers 3D modeling and animation proficiency, utilizing specialized CAD software such as SketchUp and 3D StudioViz.
